Our lorry broke down on the way there, on the junction of the M1/M18 just after 11 ish, managed to limp home with the horses by coming off at the next junction and heading home after it restarted, but we only just made it,died 4 times in the last mile to home. :( Fuel filter problem we think.

Horses arrived, looked out eagerly and went "Huh???" seeing they were home.

Oh bad luck, it really is one of the most frustrating things when the lorry doesn't want to play. Glad you manage to get home in one piece.
Looking forward to a report too, looked a good day from the pictures, not envious of those doing the water crossing that's for sure :O)
