Waiting on Refunds

When a venue cancels a show and offers to refund you or reschedule the show, does it often take them a long time to get back to you with a refund if that is what you opted for? I've been waiting days, so wondering how long is normal?

I'd give them 7-10 days personally

6 years from one place - not sure will get now....! Agree 7 days or so.

Ah OK. They've transferred my entry over to the new date. But maybe when they do the times, they'll filter out the people who can't make it and give refunds then?
