I tried a super horse out on Saturday morning and expressed that I would like to purchase him, but I was told that other appointments had been made that afternoon abd in the week and i would be told a descion would be made in the week.

I really really really want him, he's everything and more that i could hope to wish for and I will be so gutted if I don't get him.The thing is I have the lady's email address , do i send her a little plea or do I leave well alone, i don't want to give out a desparate signal, nor do I want to give a can't be bothered one, hopefully I should know by this Thursday.

he is on my mind all the time, at work, at home even when I'm going to sleep. Please please be mine.

What should I do?

I don't see any problem in sending her a little e-mail just basically saying what you've just said.
I don't think it would make her any less inclined to choose you as the new owner and it could well help you along a bit

I'd definately send a friendly email complimenting her on he lovely horse, at least that way she knows you're still serious. The same happened to me there were 3 people after George, but in the end he went to me becasue I was local and I said I wanted to keep him forever!

Thanks GG, i sent her an email straight after I had viewed saying what a wonderful horse he was blah blah, I just didn't know whether to send another one just to keep me in the picture .

Did you offer a deposit & say you would definitely buy him subject to vetting?
They may have been waiting for someone to offer a deposit to show they were really serious.

do you do showing, have you expressed what you want the horse for?
im just thinking that maybe she thinks this horse has a lot of potential and shes hopeing for a home to suite it.

i cant understand why if you had a viewing and was very pleased with the animal why its not as good as yours.

did you knock them on the price of it or were you willing to pay the asking price?

just give them a call and express your needs. gud luck

well apparently he is up for loan or for sale and I expressed to purchase him, after a loan period of 4 weeks, they seemed to like me and have spoken to them on the phone prior to trying him and thought everything fine, they are wanting a 1st class home which i would defo provide and offered for them to come and have a look, I have offered the price that they were looking for, but they seemed to want to wait until all the people they had lined up and come and tried him, the owner knows what my caperbilities are and what I want to do in the future and again seemed happy, I just have to wait.
I did send an email last night saying how much I would like him and the home that I could offer.

I am hoping no news is good news, but my OH thinks not, I must say I have never been in this situation before, but he is a very special horse and have told them that I have stopped looking for the horse as I have found him.so hopefully I will be put out of my misery either tonight or tomorrow at the latest.
