Waiting, waiting, waiting...

Our house and land are for sale, and we are loaning out our mare too. By shear chance, I have someone coming to see the house at half eleven (so they are a bit late!), someone coming to see the mare between 11 and 1pm, and the estate agents turning up at the land at 1pm.

I have a funny feeling that they will all turn up at once, bearing in mind the land and the house are a mile apart, this could cause issues!

If I've sold the house, the land and loaned the mare all by 2pm I'll be very happy though!

Well, the horse is going this weekend to be a happy hacker at an upmarket country house hotel (note to self - tell the yearling to say goodbye to Mum) and the person who saw the land and house has texted to say she is ringing later with an offer!

Yep, middle of the moor, the driveway to the house is actually a bridleway. Will be fantastic riding and walking, with the bonus of actually having the horses and home together.
