Hello lovely AAD peeps
Sorry have been quiet, a mix of work and more spaniel woes
Archie has had his elbows pinned 10 days ago and apart from a minor complication (the vet cut through an artery by mistake) he is coping pretty well. On check-up today he is now allowed 10mins gentle lead walks a day
however El Fatso (Molly) is still a flat-backed picture of obesity and needs a good 40mins off lead.
Both get way too excited when they see leads, which is fine if OH can take one and I take the other but when one of us is home alone am not sure the best way to split them - do i try and smuggle one out of the house then put the lead on? Or take both on a short walk then fatty out for second long walk? I have considered taking Archie out in a wheelbarrow, but I don't think thats a great solution.....would be bloomin' funny picture though!!!
Any advice grateful appreciated....muffins made fresh again
