Want to go to Olympia... who to book through???

I am wanting to go to Olympia this year and want overnight stay and travel included but not sure who to book with or even where to look for who to book with!! Someone said Farmers Guardian have trips but looked on their site and can't find anything. Anyone know who to book with??

Would have thought it would be easier and cheaper to do it all yourself. Just book the tickets direct - I don't think they are on sale yet - and the train,hotel etc get lots of bargains around at the moment especially if you pre book and that way you also have some flexibility to the times you travel etc and can suit yourself.

I went last year and we thought of doing that but it is sooo much cheaper to just book it all in advance. More money for shopping

Book tickets for the show end of June, train tickets in October, hotel whenever.

I've been for the last 5 years and that's how we do it.

Its my friends and I's 40th treat so we wanted spoiling rather than having to arrange it all, we wanted it all doing for us!!!
