Want to start up a sporty riding club- eg:polocrosse

Hi all!
I'm desperate to start up an equestrian sport based riding club in my area (Harrogate/york/leeds)
I'm aware of all the insurance costs and issues and I'm really keen to look into it (with an adult by my side &#128514
I'm just asking to see what people think? And any tips help towards setting a thing like this up? And any names for people in the area (or who are willing to come out) who teach polo, polocrosee, games or horseball with their own horses or basic training on novice horses?

Start with the UK Polocrosse association, or the British Horseball association - or what about the Adult Mounted games association if that appeals? First see what is already established in your area. Its far easier to join this, especially as a novice, than set it up. But any of them will be able to provide you with lists of instructors in your area and support to get strated. My daughter has played both horseball and polocrosse with pony club and they are great fun!
