So after my previous posts how does this sound:
Wanted

15.3 - 16.3hh 10 -15 years middleweight type

Must be 100% to hack alone and in traffic

Looking for a sane horse to do hacking and riding club activities.

No full tb's please

Lovely private home on offer to the right horse

Based in East Sussex, will travel to west kent, west sussex and surrey

No dealers please

Anything else i need to put in?

Going to advertise on Horsequest and Horsemart
 
- you could put how the horse will be kept (i.e. stabled, out all year, some combination) as not all suit everything
- and possibly something about the company you will be providing (e.g. 'yard with individual turnout' or 'must be able to be turned out with mares/geldings/whatever')

- I'm not sure abt the 'no full TBs' bit... (I haven't read your other thread so don't know if there is history there but it makes me expect there is whcih isn't necessarily good...) most middle weights won't be full TBs anyway so maybe leave that out?

I prefer the word sensible to sane, maybe "sensible well mannered allrounder for hacking and RC activities"

Home open for inspection? must be open to 5 stage vetting.

A price guide is helpful to prevent people phoning if the price is too far from what you can pay
