Wanted, livery yard to rent, North West, anyone know of any?

Im looking to rent a livery yard to run as a business (i know, im a glutton for punishment). Anyhow, let me know if you know of anywhere in the north west of england, im after about 20 ish boxes, menage, grazing etc. These are flexible requirements. Really appreciate anyones help, trawling the internet ringing estate agents is haphazard at best, just been to see one in Bwcle, but theres not many out there to let.

Try drafting a letter and sending it out to farmers in the area to see if they are looking to diversify. Thats how I found my yard

There's a website that advertises properties such as this but I can remember the address!! If you use strategic words in the google search engine I'm sure it will bring it up. Last time I looked there was about 30 up for rent throughout England...

Where abouts in the NW, do you need accommodation with the yard, what's your budget a month or do you want to buy?

I've seen some lovely places in Scotland!!!!

Healthy budget, people usually want a month up front so Im ready for that, cant afford to buy though. Merseyside/cheshire area but ill travel further for the right place.

also ruralscene - they are all bought however if you contact them it might come up with soemthing.....
