Wanted: Part/Assisted DIY Livery - Ashby de la Zouch area

Hi all, seeking yard with part livery/assisted diy spaces for 2 mares and a gelding. Needs to be within 15 minutes of Ashby de la Zouch and have menage and some degree of year round turnout. Any suggestions very gratefully received!
(Would also consider renting or buying small yard for up to 5 if anyone knows of anything). Huge thanks for any help
 
Don't know any yards around there really but work local to Ashby. There is a shop called Equestriana might be worth asking in there or putting an ad on the notice board.
Pretty sure the lady who owns the shop, her mum has a yard locally but don't know anything about it.
There's also a part livery yard just off the M42 but don't know what that's called - not much help really am I!!!

The yard connected with Equestriana is Tithe Farm at Boundary just outside Ashby. The one you can see from the M42 is likely to be The Spires at No Man's Heath I think?

Try Short Hazel Farm on Manchester Lane in Hartshorne. Good facilities (including a nice indoor) and plenty of turnout. Think they may have a vacancy coming up soon too.
