Hi,

If any one has a trailer that they are not using at the moment and instead of paying for having it stored, please pm me as I would be interested to pay to hire a trailer. I want to see if my boy will go in and travel in it before buying one for myself. I am happy to get an insurance for the period I would be using the trailer and give you copy of the insurance document.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

:)

Hope you have a B+E licence because getting a trailer to conform to the B licence towing rules is going to be near impossible unless you buy one and downplate it

:-) Thanks, but Iam 34years old so will be ok to tow.
Providing you passed the car test before 01/01/1997 then yes, you will be fine :)

Met a driver who was a year older than you the other day who did not pass until they were in their early 20s so missed out !!

Yes I heard that the rules changed, so have checked that we are ok to tow. But will also do the test if we end up buying our own trailer as my insurance company said they would give me some discount if I get it done. :)

If you passed the car test before 1997 then you will have a full B+E on your licence
That being the case then the DSA and DVLA will not allow you to book and take a B+E test

Some insurers are full of bullcrap !!

Grrrr... Gosh I hate insurance sales people! :(

Oh well, will first try see what my boy thinks of trailers as only travelled in a lorry!
