Hey guys :) I'm looking to take my horse to shows Ingliston,Rowallan,Muirmill etc.
He is scared of trailers but has been great in lorries. I am willing to help pay for petrol costs :D
I am based in Kilwinning, I really hope there is someone that can help me out :)

Rachel x

Sorry to completely hog your thread :o
I am also looking in Lanarkshire - trailer or lorry hire :D
- just incase we have any Lanarki'ans :P

I have heard good about her if that does any good?
http://www.ayrshirehorsetransport.co.uk/

A couple of horsey people round I know have used her ;)

The best of luck with the horsebox hunt! :D

-You should get down to Greenfields of Avondale too ItsaMysteryx3 :D
They have jumpcross on sometime April :D

I know :( I've looked on the internet and there's boxes that are on hire for over £100 a day! It's probably unlikely I'll find someone, I live in a very quiet town :(
Thanks for replying :) x

YOU LIVE IN A FABULOUS TOWN!
How I long to live in Ayrshire one day- mother and father are from Irvine and good auld Galston ;)

You have Eglinton Park!!:D

Why not see about joining the North Ayrshire Riding Club? They do lessons and things at Eglinton throughout the summer. They have XC and you can hire the course. Even if you joined and went along on foot to start with you would probably soon get to know someone who had transport?

Hi

I've used Ayrshire Transport before and they are really good. I live in Galston but keep the horses in Coylton!
Have you tried advertising on the riding club forums? Or Horsey Stuff for sale in Scotland on Facebook? Loads of Ayrshire folks on there.

we used Ayrshire transport to go to a show and the driver got quite annoyed because the show ran late, which kind of spoiled it for the girl riding my horse..

anyways, good luck finding a ride :)
