Wanted - yard to rent within 10 miles of Leighton Buzzard

Hi All

I am currently looking for a yard to rent within approx 10 miles of Leighton Buzzard.

Requirements are:

Minimum of 6 stables
Arena
Minimum of 5 acres

I'm happy to do some cosmetic works where needed, or happy to share a larger yard.

Does anybody have any ideas please?
