As the title says really- how do you keep your ears warm when riding?? I can deal with a cold nose (it's always cold lol) but my ears get so cold it hurts?
Tried a headband but couldn't get my hat on over it- don't fancy a looser hat for the sake of warm ears tho!
Anyone have a way to keep 'em toasty? X

I bought a riding balaclava from Robinsons a few years ago. The neck and ear bit is made from a fleecy material but the bit that goes under the riding hat is a thin silky material. I think my daughter pinched it so I will have to invest in another one!

This may not be the most helpful reply but it work for me :) I put my hair in two plaits over my ears, put my hat on and it keeps my hair out of the way and keeps my ears warm at the same time :D

I have one of these too, it's great, don't think it cost too much either.

Have you tried Helmet Ears? I purchased some for my friend for her birthday and she loves them! The lady who designed and created them in on Twitter @HelmetEars - I'd love some too as I get sore ears but haven't got the pennies at the moment for luxuries for me :o( xx

I got a thin bandy thing for Christmas but before that I used a hoodie with a massive hood and pulled it up over my hat and tucked the side bits into the straps. I expect I looked ridiculous but it worked for me!

I also use a buff- I have two- one that is all a thin silky material (it has the powerpuff girls on, lol) and another one that half of it is fleece so that bit goes around my neck. They're great as you can pull them up around your nose too!

My sister wraps her head in a scarf like the queen, and sticks her hat over the top... Scarves are usually the thin ones from places like Primark.

Does anyone use the audio ones with an iPhone 5s and does it work correctly. Rather tempted.

Tried loads of things, found a motorcycle Buff to be the best. Thin so does not affect hat fit, tight weave for non windy ears, can pull up over nose or under chin. :-)
