I think my horse was put on this earth to test my patient, yesterday was a day of lets try and dump mummy in a stuble field - he failed ! Today was farrier day, popped up yard and got him in, in my lunchbreak with my other 2, left farrier with mum making cups of tea and went back to work, looking forward to a blast round the stuble fields after work all afternoon. Arrive at yard this evening to find the mule has spent all afternoon treading on one of his new shoes til he's managed to leaver it half off ! (he is known for doing this and wears over reach boots for that reason) I could throttle him, he will try every trick in the book to avoid work ! Not only that he also managed to break his headcollar whilst tied up for the farrier.
