Horseloverz.co.uk the online equestrian company have gone bust / stopped trading / done-a-bunk or a mixture of them all.

I 'smelt a rat' a few weeks ago when I didn't get my order and they wern't answering their phones or emails.
Now their website shows that it doesn't exsist and a couple of people on here have not recieved their order either.

So suggest no one deals with them to avoid getting your fingers burnt.

Any suggestions how to get our money back ??
We all paid with credit card but my order was small and well under £100.

Shame they WERE a good website but obviously have no morals !!

speak to your bank! someone said on here the other day that they were still waiting for there order.

i ordered a while back from them and never got anything or anywhere. your bank my be able to do a charge back to them. i suspected at the time they wouldnt last long as service was awful

what does it come up with when you go in order status and put your invoice number in.

last year i went 2 months with no order and no reply to emails, doesnt seem unusal for them, my order tracking always said in progres. eventually after 8 weeks of chasing i got an email saying there was an issue with there webiste an nothing i ordered was actually stocked by them at all. hmmm!!!

If you scroll down to the bottom it says Last updated: 2010-03-07, so looks like the website has been updated today.

I have emailed H&H to see if they know anything about it and all of us that have orders outstanding with them should keep emailing them until we get an answer.

If you paid by credit card you probably wont get any come back unless it is over £100. By debit card you are out of luck. Unless the company decide to give you your money back.. Fingers crossed you all can get your order or your money back but unfortunately there is a good chance you wont.

I have just had an email from Horseloverz to say I have been refunded the cost of my order and it will show on my credit card after 7 days, although Sunday night at 10pm is a strange time to send out emails . . . . but we will see !!

It isn't correct that CC company won't refund under £100, mine definitely does. I had 2 transcations with the same "company" (read rip-off merchant) one for £30 and one for £25 and they refunded both within a very short time.

if we process a credit to someones card, our system polls overnight and the customer has their credit on their account by mid morning the following day. Of course they could have a different system, but a whole week??

BETA got back in touch, apparently Horseloverz is no longer affiliated to them but they can't get hold of them either to ask them to remove their badge from the site. They also said that they have had a lot of emails about stuff not being delivered

My CC company are hopefully going to sort.

I ordered some goods on 19th February. I have sent them numerous e-mails and tried to phone, but can't leave an answer. I have contacted consumer direct who have told me that after 30 days if the company hasn't sent the goods then they are in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations and the contract is deemed to have been cancelled. The advice is to send a letter - recorded delivery so that you have proof that it has been signed for telling them that you want a refund, giving them a time limit i.e 14 days to refund. After that who knows? I have been told that if I don't get a refund within my time limit then I am to contact consumer direct and hopefully they will do something. I'll let you know how I get on!!

Well as previously said, I sent a recorded delivery letter a week ago. It was delivered the next day, but there was nobody there, so a card was left by the post person. Up to now, nobody has picked the letter up from the post office, surprise, surprise. Yet the website is updated regularly. The phone message now lets you leave a message saying that someone will get back to you within 24 hrs.....as expected nobody has phoned me back. I would advise nobody to buy goods from this company. I am now going back through my credit cards chargeback scheme and Trading Standards will be investigating them.

Thanks for the warning!! I have used them in the past, as I got an amazing bargain last year on a rambo rug, so I often look at them when I need anything.

If horseloverz wont deliver the goods or a refund, and if you paid by credit card. The CC companies are insured, and you should be able to get your money back through your CC company.
