"Please spread the word. A white transit van with "Mandale Paving" on the side has been trying to visit farms and target horses/tack. It is a 56 reg and is known to the police. Three travellers drive it and they are considered dangerous. They tried to run over a woman on a yard who questioned them. Please pass the word around and be extra vigilant." ... this is a text I got the other day... sounds a bit strange to me... if the police know the vehicle why haven't they stopped them? Not sure of the exact location where the an has been seen or if they have actually stolen anything but thought I may as well put this on here.
