this mare plight was up on another bb and its disgusting that the man did this to her
i have no words
this mare was brought for 35$ sold for 100$ all becuase she didnt go in the trailer was haltered by barewire dragged behind the the trailer becuase she wouldnt go in , then when she fell he shot her then run the trailer over her -- this mare didnt die
had the will to live and she arrived at habitat for horses saturday
i have no words for this sick guy that did this to this mare
and i truely feel this mare has suffered and i am glad shes in a kind home but how she can trust again and let the good people see to her amazes me of her strenght and will to live within herself
 
Speechless. Don't know why I am looking at all these awful stories today its just upsetting me so much. Those pictures are beyond belief. Bless that mare the strength she is showing is amazing. That man, I can't begin to think what would drive you to such actions. How they live with themselves i'll never know...
 
that poor little brave girl,how anyone can do this is beyond me,i know it happens all the time but its worse when you see the results.
i think that anyone that does these terrible things should have it done to them,no fine or prison,corporal punishment should be brought back etc
it sickens me to even think that this is happening !!!

words cannot describe sick bast*rds like that man.... id like to stone people who are cruel to any animal.
 
i was so taken by this little mare will to live and i shall watch her updates
and i have rescued the odd horse myself but nothing to this degree
i hate cruelty of any kind its so unessacary
 
I recon we shud do what he did to the horse to his 'manhood' lmao and lets see how he feels and we cud shoot him an make it worth while !!!!
 
Bloody hell, that is just unbelievable, that poor horse, how on earth could someone be so sick. That brave little mare, i hope she comes back fighting fit, poor mare, that guy should be tortured! he better be banned from even getting within 100feet of any animals, its truely disgusting, he deserves to rot in hell!
 
I've emailed the link to just about all my horse/animal loving friends and asked for their comments. What is the matter with people? I love my horses and pets so much.....my daughter, neighbour and I have just spent God knows how long this evening trying (and succeeding) to recover one of my chickens from the leylandi - all I could think about was that it was getting dark and I couldn't bear the thought of her being killed by a fox!
 
Why don't we find him and try to get him to jump off a cliff and when he won't beat him and take pot shots at his balls till hes near the end of his life.

Stuff like this makes me feel sick. The law should come down on bastards like this harder and with a harder sentance.
 
What a truely amazing mare to pull through that! She must be wonderful to have put up wuth that! I hope that evil man (would like to call him lots) gets waht he deserves!

OMG! That is unbelievable..... that poor sweet mare, the pain she must have endured. Those pictures are shocking - I have tears in my eyes after seeing them and reading her story. Thank god she was rescued in time. As for the (want to use a word beginning with c but won't!) waste of space that did that... well I truly hope he comes to a very nasty end

That poor poor horse. The person who did this deserves to have this done to him. I hope to god he is killed in a horrific way. What an amazing horse to get through that though. I love the last picture of the horse beginning to look a bit happier munching hay in the stable. She'll hopefully have a really great life from now on.
