Wart help!

[Winklepoker]

My boy has a little warty thing on the inside of where his foreleg joins his body (Not arm pit as such... on that wrinkley skin on the crease under his chest) It hasnt got bigger/changed shape etc since I have had him and has always be grey and a little hard just like a wart. But since he has been out 24/7 the flies have been at it and have made him scratch at it meaning it is now quite raw but still no bigger, and not sore.

What would you recommend I do?

He is now back in during the day so I have cleaned it up and left it to dry out again in hope that it just goes back to its original warty state

Would you put anything on it? Or just leave it to dry out again?

I think i would have done the same as you and make sure it is clean and some fly repellant around the area.

I would be wary of putting any creams or lotions/potions actually on it without knowing exactly what the growth is!- if it is getting aggravated i think if would get vet to take a look at it so they can see what it is and depending on what it is they could prob either remove or treat it accordingly.
