Washing a bean bag dog bed?

My dog was sick on her bed yesterday

- I have washed the cover, but I think the beanbag needs washing too. It is an old one so it will fit in the washing machine - has anyone done it, and did it work?

Open the bag and transfer all the beads to a bin bag

then you can safely wash the bag...... I once washed one with beads in

new washing machine needed!!!!

When putting the beads back add some essential oils or spray with antiseptic. Then all is clean and smelling good ..for five minuets!!

Unfortunately the bean bag doesn't have a zip on it so I can't do that

- I think I have decided to throw it away and get a duvet which will go into the washing machine instead, I couldn't contemplate beans all over the washing machine
