My horse's hoof boots get cleaned weekly by hand, but could do with a better clean. Can you put them in the washing machine? (Cool wash, extra spin I assume). I've misplaced the care instructions, thanks all.

Depends on the boots.

I’ve put Equine Fusion’s in the washing machine and they come out good as new. But they’re fully material.

Renegades and Scoots just take a good hosing.

Depends on the type of Cavallo Boots. The ones with leather bits I wouldn’t. But the Treks I would.

I guess it would depend on the boot. I had Cavallos, they would be a no as they contain leather. I also had some Easyboot Gloves, they did survive a wool wash in the machine.

ETA- Cross posted!

I've put Scoots and Gloves through the washer, though the Scoots hose off easily so only did it to spruce some up to sell.

The horse bootys we have go in the washing machine regularly. They come a treat as long as they are vinyl, don't put leather boots in the washing machine, you need to clean them by hand & then saddle soap them afterwards.

I have cavallos, the leather ones and just hose them and leave to dry. Mine all last years this way, so they’re quite rugged.
