Washing Le Mieux Loire Pads

I have washed my Loire pads a couple of times (neither horrendously dirty) within a wash bag to collect the hair, but I always seem to have a line of dirt form on the pad, also the area where my boots are against them just doesn’t come clean with usual washes. Any ideas?

I get the line of dirt when I use a wash bag, I think it's because whatever is in bag doesn't move as much.

I'd say its where the water isn't rinsing though as well being in the bag. Almost holding the dirt in a bit.
