I have a set of full sized Riff raff travel boots that I want to sell, they're in good nick but mucky.

So can I put them in the washing machine or will this destroy their shape and "stiffness"?

Anyone washed theres and know the answer?

I've never had Riff Raff stuff before but always washed other travel boots with no problems - if you do, how about 30 degrees, gently spin & with no fabric conditioner. Alternatively, would a brush off & a hose down suffice?

I wash all our boots in the machine, though this week the machine refused to pump out, and guess what my husband found it full of?
SAND...
it's come off the brushing boots after riding in the arena..
I would put them on a low temp but slow wash with bio soak first, that should loosen the stains..

Everything horsey that fits in the washing machine, goes in the washing machine, including travel boots, much to my OHs disgust!

Not ruined anything yet...

Ali will PM you as if you don't want too much for them then my boot destroyer could always do with a spare set....

All of my gear goes into the washing machine!

(or should that be all of "H's" gear

)
None of the sets of boots I've had have ever gone out of shape by washing them!

I wash it all in the machine as well.
What is it with Men and washing machines? I had to buy one of those bag things to keep him quiet! (To put the horsey gear in - not him, though I was tempted...)
