This year the Balmoral show had cameras in the rings so I’ve been thoroughly enjoying watching them in my own time. It’s our biggest show here in NI but I never get to stand and watch the rings so this has been a nice treat. It’s always fun when you recognise people lol. It doesn’t get much uk wide recognition but it’s still a good event

My vet plays a polo match on the Friday main arena stream and my other vet pops up regularly just mooching about in the ring. I’ve never actually seen a polo match it’s a bit bonkers! It was a nice event for them to put on, I hope they do it again next year when I can go. Waiting on the showjumping today and looking out for a friend competing.

I used to love it before it moved. Hate it now the traffic management is so appalling. So watching it from home is a good option!

yeah it’s not at all the same anymore but I do love the flat gravelled site it makes trailer parking a lot easier. I was in the main arena with the minis at the saintfield show before it moved again, got lost a few times in the car park and someone stole my back bar lol
