Watch out Thieves About - Sheffield (South Yorks)

Apologies as this is also posted in the stolen section, but figured more people from the Sheffield/South Yorks/Derbyshire area had more chance of seeing it in here.

Ifor Williams HB511 Trailer taken in broad daylight from private yard at approximately 1.30pm today, despite having insurance approved bull dog lock on wheel and a lock on the coupling head.

We turned up 10 minutes too late, otherwise we may have met them on the drive. Our stables are behind a small barn development and one of the owners happened to see the trailer been driven away at speed past their house.

Why can't these people work (legally) for a living like the rest of us.

My sympathies Mungali - at least it will be insured. I have had 4 yard break ins in 3 months - they have even taken my stable doors and tried to take the gates! It would seem that if you have anything nice they want it for free!
