Has anyone come across a metal water bowl and holder that will attach to the crate but that my 5 month old puppy cannot dislodge and throw around!!! I currently use a K9 krafts holder and metal bowl but Tiva can get the bowl out of the holder even though it has a clip to keep it in place. I am consequently getting wet bedding in the crate from water spillage. Any ideas appreciated.

Yep, I have a couple of very deep ones. Try shopping for a parrot bowl as opposed to a dog bowl.
If she is really bad consider gluing the bowl to the hoop or just offering water when she is out of the crate/car is not moving.

I use a road refresher as the bowl outside the crate but I fear Tiva would chew one in the crate. The little monkey has managed to remove the holder from the crate. I may need to use cable ties. I need to provide water in her crate whilst I am at work so I have to get a solution.

You can get rabbit type bottle drinkers for when you are traveling, and a non tip bowl. They don't hold a great deal of water but do the job
