Water Treadmill West Sussex?

Does anyone know of any water treadmills near the Hurstpierpoint area? The only place I can think of off the top of my head is Tweseldown, but that's a good 2hr drive in the lorry.
I've been to one owned by a lovely lady called Pip before, but can't for the life of me remember what it was called. I think that might be a little far out too though. I'd ideally like something within a 40 minute radius as I think we'll be going at least once a week.

There's rumblings that the Royal Leisure in Henfield may be opening again having just changed hands - may be worth keeping an ear out for that as they have one.

Does your vet recommend that a treadmill is suitable for your horse?

There was a recent thread in which a horse was worked incorrectly on a water treadmill and was very sore afterwards.

There was a recent thread in which a horse was worked incorrectly on a water treadmill and was very sore afterwards.

It's been recommended by the vet for him. He's had a host of back problems lately and is now building the work back up without a rider. So lots of lunging, long reining, ride & lead, and tonight she's recommended adding a weekly water treadmill visit.

I saw that thread, scary stuff.

you could try Lomond riding centre in Horley Surrey? Not that far, straight up the M23. Tom Beech does his clinics there so I think they are pretty good for stuff like that (no personal experience myself but thats where I would head as its closest to me)
