waterloo coursing quick release slip lead/collar??

Hi there, I hope I'm asking this is in the right place??
I'm looking to buy one of these quick release twin leather collars to train whippets in artificial lure coursing.
1st problem, I'm not 100% sure iv got the name of them right? waterloo coursing lead??
2nd problem I don't have the slightest clue where to look to find one?
I have tried goggling all the different ways to describe it and of course waterloo, but I just can find anywhere that sell one.
would like one asap really, I am fairly new to the sport and my whippets are really keen to chase they just get rather freaked out by the slips and its this they need to build their confidence in,
if anyone has any help or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks very much scratchline, thats been really helpfull, they call it a toggle slip lead, so that has brought up far more in search options,
i have emailed black dog trading, just waiting on their reply,

still looking for one as everywhere so far, doesnt seem to do whippet sizes
