Waterproof chaps for fat legs?

Can anyone recommend any? I am a size 14 on the bottom but have proportionally larger thighs. I would prefer chaps to waterproof trousers. Also would like then to be as quiet to move around in as possible as I have a scaredy horse. Can you tell I got soaked on my ride this lunch time!

I'd like a pair that fit size 14 thighs too. I like full chaps and they always seems to fit on the lower leg and then don't meet at the top! I haven't got twigs for legs. Can anyone recommend anything to us?

I've got neoprene ones from Robinsons, and they area FAB. Keep me dry and warm, and aren't rustly. Your legs get a bit sweaty, but I'm sure thats a good thing ;-)
