waterproof over breeches??

Does anyone know where i can get these from??

The white ones with pop studs?
They go from waist to top of the boot so i can compete in them - think i will be needing them in all this bad weather!

any ideas?

My ones are called "Rain Legs".They fasten round your waist like a belt and then you can roll them down over your legs when it rains - they stop just arround the top of the boot. http://www.rainlegs.co.uk/
