Waterproof over trousers / breeches

Hiya
Can anyone recommend and point me in the right direction of some good over trousers for hunting - the 3/4 type in white / cream - suitable for the terrible Welsh weather. I have had a few pairs but they just dont cut it when the weather is really bad and the rain is heavy.
