Not entirely sure if there will be any this year, auctioneer has retired and there are issues regarding usage of the site. Not convinced it is a good place to buy a horse, they are sold as seen to my knowledge. At the last auction there were only about three entrants, lots of dealers go there to do private sales.
If you are after a young coloured cob of unknown origin and temperament and you know what you are looking at it may be ok - but proceed with caution. You do see some sorry looking animals, however you also see some crackers. On the other hand it is an 'interesting' and 'colourful' event (i am being polite) with lots of horsey car boot type stalls, I have found a few bargains in the past
