waxed jackets

Ive seen a Caldene waxed jacket I like the look of but im unsure how to wash it. Does anyone have a waxed jacket and how do you care for it?

seems cold water only is the way forward

i wash my caldene at 30c with some light detergent, seems to come out just fine.

forgot to add, the caldene isnt waxy like the barbour, its more of a waxy soft cotton if that makes sense!
