Well, the final WBFSH rankings for 2012 are out.
Not the worst result for the ISH.
Congrats to the AES for finishing 5th and a huge round of applause for all the British ancestory in the 6 horses counted in the AES ranking. Hell, #70 is Billy Congo with his Clover Hill granny!!!

ISH is 8th in the overall Showjumping rankings with the highest overall being 6th place Flexible. OBOS Quality sired two horses in the 6 counting scores, Lisona and Castlefield Eclipse. For Z fans out there, you'll be happy to know they finished 11th overall or 1st of the teen ranked books!
The Holsteiners have finally seized #1 off the Dutch.

In Eventing, the ISH has taken back it's rightful place. The #1 spot. Also, hats off to the connections of Mr Medicott. He is the #1 event horse in the world right now. The Hannovarians came in #2 and the Holsteiners in 3rd.

Dressage fans? It's KWPN, Hannovarian, Westphalian 1 - 2 -3. The Holsteiners came 9th there. They'll probably consider that to be a disaster. Surprisingly, the ISH didn't rank in the top 32, which is disappointing!!

Interesting. The British studbooks finished as follows:

Jumping
6th AES
21st SSH
38th SHBGB
42nd BWBS

Eventing
6th SHBGB
22nd AES
39th SSH

Dressage
31st SHBGB

Wonder why Warmblood Breeders Studbook - UK (i.e. BWBS) doesn't appear more? They seem to have as high a profile as the others...
