We came 1st!! :D :D :D

Just wanted to share as it was our very first show today and Harry got a 1st and a 4th, I am sooooo proud of him!! He came first in the cob type class, there was only 3 of us but he still came top and then 4th in the coloured class out of 10, which I am so pleased with!

Here's some pics (they're photos of photos hence why they look a bit funny)

It was a great day, especially as he started off purple!!! Haha, will be making damn sure I wash the purple shampoo out next time lol, but luckily a bit of dog shampoo sorted it (only thing we could find!)

Now I just need to find something, anything, that will make his feather white again, it was a lovely shade of orange today hehe!

took my 5yr old to her first show 2 2nds out of 3 in in hand riding and condition and 1st in hunter she was a star, spooky at first but calmed down and very pleased with her.

Well, well, well done!!! You must be very proud. I believe the old shire men used chalk dust dry white feathers and I have heard that the sulphur used in pig oil whitens too, but you'd best check me on that one.

Well done you, he looks beautiful.

I wouldn't recommend it on a regular basis but have you ever rinsed his feather with hibiscrub? had to rinse D's with hibiscrub once when she had a cut and couldn't beleive how white they went.
