Took the monster out for a hack totally on our own for the first time :-)) he was a bit planty on way out and tried to turn round once but because I've done so much confidence building stuff in the field I had the courage to not freeze and say no you are going forward!

He was fine on way back (not suprising). I didn't take him quite as far as I hoped as the farmer who's drive it is was spraying/watering crops so massive jets of water everywhere, I decided not to go too near as didn't want to have any issues.

So all in all I'm really chuffed with both of us, I'm not going to say I wasn't nervous but your support really helped so thanks guys xx

Well done you have made first one a good experience and sensibly avoided any issues, i am sure this will give your horse lots of confidence hope you are very pleased with yourself.:)

Brilliant. Totally well done. I am working on building up to the same thing so now how great you must be feeling. Well done!!!
