We had an open day at the shop yesterday - great day!

Well, we had a great day, weather was reasonably kind to us. Everyone is still on a high. We had complimentry tea/coffee, homebaking and biscuits, bucking bronco, dog fancy dress, best decorated horseshoe, mini dog agility course (which turned into a kiddie agility course) and reps from Dengie, Spillers, Dodson & Horrell, British Horse Feeds, Top Spec, Whitehorse Shavings, Masta and Silvermoor Haylage all came. It was all in aid of Riding For The Disabled, donations are being counted today at some point so i will keep you all posted as to how much we collected.

Just thought i would share that with you.

Open days are fun, aren't they? And it is always good when you can get all the reps in one place. Well done on your fund raising

Got the final count and we raised £140 for Riding For The Disabled. Not as much as we hoped ( we raised £1800 for The Dog Trust last year with a sponsored dog walk ) but every little helps i suppose.
