We have bought a 12.2

For those that may have seen my threads about finding a 12.2 schoolmaster. We have bought Thistledown Firebird [Phoenix] from lovely people in Norfolk.He is an 8 year old dun gelding welsh sec B.
My grand daughter was so nervous at first and I had to lead her round [on her 11 hand at home she is happy to canter and jump by herself]. Within 20 mins she was cantering around the field and going over a small cross pole. We know the pony can jump higher have seen video of xc and sj and friend knows the pony.
I am sure he will teach her loads and he has the kindest nature. Just not looking forward to the 260 mile round trip to fetch him

What a small world! I used to work at the Thistledown stud when Firebird was a weanling/yearling, Hes a little stunner and was always one of my fave ponies there
