We have just been granted planning permission to build our new building (for 30 stables), another new building for the tack room, feed room, etc and a 60 x 40 arena

for our farm to be diversified into a livery yard!

You don't know how relieved i am i was so so so so nervous! This is my life which I have been planning since I was 12.

Now I just need the luck to keep running for a few more weeks until I get my exam results and Bramble has her foal

Yes, it does look bright I'm very lucky and in a very fortunate position, I never take it for granted though as I have had awful luck in the past.
 
well done in beating the dreaded planners and good luck

the next bit is almost worse - living with the builders (and the mud and mess they make)
