Sugar had her massage today and we tried out new pads. They’re supposed to encourage balance and use smaller muscles, kind of like a human on a balance board. Sugar seemed to like them, time will tell how they help.

What are they made out of? Must be hefty enough to deal with the weight of a horse and the imprint of a shoe?

My sports massage lady uses them they are like very dense foam.

I think they’re like memory foam, and different density. They popped right back into shape when she got off them.
