Weak kitten (runt of litter)

Hi all,

My cat has had kittens this evening, three are looking heathy and are feeding, the fourth not so! When I first noticed my cat had delivered the weak kitten looked pretty much dead!

It has now perked up a bit! The mother is licking it and the kitten seems to be responding bit I have not seen it feed as yet!

I have given it a gentle rub with the mother cats towel and have put out towels and fluffy blanket down to help keep them all warm!

Fingers crossed they all make it through the night! Is there any thing I can do in the morning to help this weak kitten???

I would have the vet out. We had a very week kitten with horrible cat flue abandoned at 3 weeks so we syringe fed him kitten milk but I'm not sure on a kitten that is so tiny. I would think best to get it checked out. I would try pushing it up to mum and up to her teats, it may start feeding. Good luck!

The weak kitten is just perfect now growing away getting stronger and stronger, has caught up size wise with the others on only a week!! Would post a pic but don't know how!!!
