as we have had frequent weather changes making the ground hard then dry could this be damaging my horses hooves? and making her foot sore or lame?
My farrier is coming out today but any suggestions or help would be great
many thanks xxx

Dry hard ground will probably be harder on arthritic joints, but I'd be more concerned about the grass responding to the weather changes and causing laminitis.

Yes that :) a foot sore horse at any time of the year could be classed as having lamintis, if this is the case then perhaps have a chat with your vet as well as farrier
