Is anybody familiar with either of the above? Tried to find weatheroak manor stud via google with no luck. Particularly interested in getting any info on a stallion by the name of weatheroak manor lancelot.
I'm guessing she went through chagford sale as I found the schedule online, and Initially she was bred at the hurley stud in hampshire? But again am struggling to find contact details. Her dam is down on passport as 'topsy 2', again can't find any info!
Im not completely familiar with this stallion (i may have a pic of him but not entirely sure its of this stallion!) but i must say that i bought a little gelding from her who came to me pretty wild but gorgeous! I did have pretty much the pick of the field with at least a dozen in, some much friendlier than the one i got - he was the one the furthest away running away from us and he turned into a perfectly behaved little man. Now he has 2 little kids who completely dote on him and adore him, perfectly behaved little boy with no issues, prob would buy one again if i wasn't at uni and they weren't always so small lol. I was a little silly buying him in the first place as the most i could do was lunge and put tack on, but it was worth it and he's in a great forever home now. I'm pretty sure the boy i bought was by this stallion. She's a really nice woman who at the time had a lot of lovely ponies. I will try and see whether i have any emails from back then and see whether i have any info for you - my memory is rubbish
thankyou so much christmas spice would really appreciate it! Ive still to make contact with spotties.com but hoping to do today. My filly's dam is 'TOPSY 2', again I looked on NED and a bay dartmoor mare showed up.
her place of breeding was the 'Hurley Stud' in Hampshire, again any information would be much appreciated
Unfortunately i have no emails from back then, which is a shame but when i go back home ill send a pic of what im fairly sure is the stallion (don't have any on my laptop). Otherwise i don't know any info on hurley stud or the dam, sorry
tabithakat64, he's(she?) is gorgeous! And quite similar to my old boy, though he has changed a lot since i sold him and is now a leopard spot. I'll put a pic on when i go home.
