Weeds in the arena

I have weeds and bits of grass growing around the edges of my arena, it's sand and fibre. Is it safe to use weedkiller to get rid of them or am I going to have to pull them out by hand?

Opinions please!

i would spray them.

I'd spray them as I am a lazy so and so.

Spray with Roundup original, green bottle yellow top.
Best if you can get a fine sprayer as it needs to land on leaves, it will neutralise on soil/arena surface
