Weekend Outing

Had a lovely day yesterday with the Readyfield Bloodhounds, even though it rained for most of it.

Took my little ex-racer and she was a star, had a tiff to start off with, her mate had walked off and she didn't like it, think they fell in love on the lorry..........

Anyway lot of people falling off, so though I would play it safe and just popped a few really small fences...........she was great, stood when told and even had to help close a gate whilst somebody else fastened the string round it...... Hope everybody else had a good week.......Including those that have moved yards....

Yard moved, she has settled in, still slightly lame, certain it's from pulling off her shoes!!

You will have to come out when she is better, taking the little coloured mare next, certainly looking forward to that.........

Fab!! Was meant to be going, but just didnt happen!! Are you going to the schooling day on the 15th at Readyfield farm? Sounds like Spur is turning into a little superstar!!

What a shame, would have been nice to have met up.........Not going to the schooling day, lorry going in on the Tuesday after for plating, so not allowed to get it dirty, plus think I would perhaps take my other mare......... Little old Spur is a star at the moment, think she likes doing something more exciting than showing
