What do we all have planned this weekend?

I'm writing at a BD comp tomorrow then plan to bath all my stinky horses on Sunday

Hopefully weather will stay nice........
 
Its the start of summer, so its our anual weekend of hell! 25 horses (Many youngsters who havn't experienced it before) to bath, trim, pull manes and tails, get dental check, have injections.

I too hope the weather stays nice, because I know that at some point, I will probably get covered in dirty smelly washing water...
 
PMSL - I am also bathing my lot, tomorrow - must be the weekend for it!

Got some show prep to do with the Mouse and stressage comp on Sunday with Yogi.

As I am 36 weeks pregnant (8 mths) I have somewhat slowed down on the riding front although I will still go in the school for a bit both mornings - must say that hot weather in this condition is not too much fun though ...

Seeing as Arch is off work for another week and OH is working I'm having a girlie weekend. Haircut, followed by lunch with my friends and maybe a spot of shopping. I never do this so it will be a nice change. Then home in time to watch the first match of the Lions tour - I couldn't possibly do a WHOLE day of being girlie, got to get some tomboy activities in somewhere!
 
I washed mine last weekend *smug smile* but as obviously my boy wants to be bay he will need another bath

.....but will be riding - either first thing in the morning before it gets really hot or late when it has cooled down!!

Wednesday and Thursday was at Patchetts BSJA Juniors, and got soaked Wed and baked Thurs.

I am thinking of doing Addington derby on Sunday. Anyone else going??
 
Was supposed to be writing at Borde Hill but babysitter is ill so can't do the early start. Will just have to hack and then bath instead (once OH gets back from New York)! I'm sure he'll understand me running out of the door as soon as he gets home......

Oh - and we bought a new lorry on Tuesday so we need to have a fitting session to see if we can get both horses in. The lorry was too far away to try our horses in it but we did see hers loaded in to give us an idea of size and fit.

What's the Painted Horse thing at Plumpton???
 
Tomorrow, I'm going out for a hack with a friend, and then I'm gonna bath my pony and Sunday I'm at work, but I work at my yard so it's ok!
