please help! the picture is illegible, how come you can all see it so well?! is there something on the settings or connection speed that i need to change?

I'm very far from being a technical expert but I'd guess it partly depends on the connection speed you have - mine is 8.1 - some phone exchanges haven't upgraded to this level yet. The picture quality is never anything like broadcast standard, and I believe it varies as to how heavy the Internet demand is.
