Probably a good idea to ban firearms but food and drink and cushions with pockets?
Are they really going to search everyone going in for all these things?

No masks? Thats hilarious, I bet loads were planning to wear their batman masks...

So going by that if you have children - you're allowed a container but NOT food or drink in it? Right...
 
I must admit I was surprised about only tiny clear bags. I am glad no umbrellas or selfie sticks , I hope they have free water fountains. I guess we will not get tired hauling a great big bag around.
The list does cover about everything you could think of must not pack my mask and beach ball which I always take to horse events.
Glad there will be no knives or guns.

Right must go and look at post 72 to see if there are any changes.
 
Had my updated email from WEG so it looks like I can take my handbag it will just have to be checked that is fine. Did not notice only 5000 spaces MM mind you that is probably 4000+ more than Normandy was at the arena's. It is getting very close now so quite excited.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our attendee security policies. We appreciate your input as we work through your concerns while making your safety our first priority!

Below are some revisions to our policy thanks to your input and feedback. Attendees and ticket holders are now permitted to bring the following:
Water
-(1) sealed clear bottle of water per person/attendee
-(1) 24oz or smaller non-glass, empty container per person; clear containers are preferred as opaque containers will be subject to a security check
-No coolers will be allowed
Snacks
-(1) pint-sized (6.625" x 5.875") plastic bag of snack per person
-Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options will be available at the food concessions within the venue
Cameras
-(1) maximum camera lens of 70-300mm is permitted
-Camera bags will be subject to a security check and tagged
Lawn Chairs
-Lawn chairs ARE permitted for Eventing Cross-Country and Driving Marathon competitions ONLY
-(1) Lawn chair will be allowed per ticket holder
-Lawn chair bags will subject to an additional security screening and tagged
Bags
-Camera bags, diaper bags and strollers will be subject to a security check and tagged
-Bags smaller than 6”x6”x6” do not need to be clear
-Bags larger than 6”x6”x6” need to be clear or will be subject to security check and tagged
