Weigh bridge

Does anyone know of a company that will hire out a weigh bridge suitable for weighing horses. I've been thinking of organising one to visit my yard for the day if the cost is ok.

I used to ride past /very near a quarry and you could get your horse weighed for free

sorry not really any help.. just reminded me of it thats all

Can you hire them out?

i thought they were so big that they were not moveable once set up.

I get Inky weighed at Leahurst everytime he goes, but i dont think you would be able to organise a visit there as they will be busy with sick horses

Have you tried contacting any feed companies??? they may have portable ones that they may be willing to bring out and asses a horses diet. If there is a few of you it would be worth their while although they will obviously stear you to their products
