weight of pony nuts?

Strange question but does anyone know the weight of a round stubbs scoop of pony nuts? i would measure myself but dont have any, im changing my ponys feeding to get him on the best value for money, thinking of changing to just bog standard pony nuts and chaff but want to work out quantities of feeding aswell.

My pony is a very good doer - just want to try and make sure he is getting good amount of vits and mins!! What do you guys with horses/ponies out 24/7 feed yours over the winter? I'l be feeding plenty good quality hay!

probably a kg or 2lb.(just a guess)

buy some cheap kitchen scales to keep in the feed room,it`s really supprising when you actually weight different types of feed.

Nuts weigh heavy, it's more than a kg.

thanks guys - i thought they'd weigh pretty heavy, hopefully pick up a bag tonight and get my scales out!!

Nuts are around 1.75kg a rounded scoop
